Human Resource Executive(Melaka)
Responsibilities:
- To handle recruitment of foreign workers and liaising with immigration office on processing of work permits application.
- Dealing with Recruitment Agents according to specified requirements by the Company and follow up with the Agents on progress of recruiting of foreign workers.
- To monitor workers’ workforce and assist in handling workers’ welfare and social problems where necessary.
- Provide support on the other areas of human resources as and when required.
Requirements:
- A Degree/Diploma in Human Resources (HR) or a related field of study.
- Applicants with experience or knowledge in recruitment will be an added advantage.
- Preferably male candidate.
- Ability to communicate and write in English and Bahasa Malaysia.
- Possess initiative and high level of integrity.
