Job Description :
-Attend to customerÃ¢â‚¬â„¢s enquiries, request and complaints by adhering to company resources and call centre policies and procedures.
-To attend to customerÃ¢â‚¬â„¢s requests, complaints and feedback by escalation of customer referral.
-To deliver customer service in a consistent and professional manner.
-To answer customerÃ¢â‚¬â„¢s interactions on a timely manner.
-To maintain call centre service level.
-Responsible for meeting or exceeding customer expectation.
Job Requirements :
-Candidate must possess at least Diploma qualification in any discipline.
-Good interpersonal and communication skills.
-Good command in English and Bahasa. Additional language / dialect skill will be advantageous.
-Pleasant, self motivated and self-disciplined.
-A strong team player.
-Experience in Call Centre environment would be an added advantage.
