Syarikat Bekalan Air Selangor Sdn Bhd (SYABAS) terus maju mengembangkan operasinya dan memerlukan individu-individu yang berbakat dan berminat untuk mengisi jawatan kosong berikut, antara jawatan kosong yang ditawarkan ialah setiausaha eksekutif, eksekutif kewangan & akaun dan juga eksekutif bahagian pengurusan. 1) Executive Secretary (Setiausaha Eksekutif)
- To perform secretarial and administrative functions in day to day activities including handling and organizing daily routines.
- To manage meeting schedules, correspondences, reports, call screening, handling private and confidential matters
- Able to maintain strict confidentiality and interact professionally with all levels of management, staff and clients.
- To perform general secretarial duties such as ensuring proper handling of documents with regards to signatures, distribution and responses, maintaining proper filing system, seeking and gathering of information.
- To undertake other ad-hoc duties specified by the Management from time to time
- Possess Diploma in PSC or equivalent with minimum 3 years working experience
- Strong coordination and interpersonal skills and able to work with initiative and under minimum supervision.
- Excellent in both spoken and written English and Bahasa Malaysia.
- Mature with pleasant personality, self motivated, multitasking and able to work independently under challenging environment.
2) Senior Executive – Finance & Accounts
- Degree in Accountancy or equivalent professional accounting qualification.
- Minimum 5 years of relevant working experience in a large Accounting Firm / Accounts Department, preferably with experience in contract accounting
- Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office and spreadsheet applications and computerized accounting system
- Has good leadership skill, good interpersonal, planning and analytical skills and ability to communicate and work with people at all level.
- Hardworking, possess positive attitude and committed to work
3) Senior Executive – Performance Management & Career Development
- Degree in Human Resource Development or its equivalent
- Minimum 3 Ã¢â‚¬â€œ 5 years working experience in Human Resource Development, minimum of 2 years in handling Career Development Management (career planning, career counseling and career path)
- Experience in performance management is an added advantage
- Good working knowledge of Human Resource Management
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Familiar with Microsoft Office applications
- Good command of both oral and written in English and Bahasa Malaysia.
