Job Vacancy at NAZA

NAZA TTDI is embarking on development of properties in the proximity of KLCC along with a series of high-end high rise and other types of properties in Shah Alam. In line with our expansion programme, we invite suitably qualified Malaysians who are results oriented and of high caliber to apply for the following positions:
1) Receptionist (Penyambut Tetamu)
The successful candidate is responsible to attend all incoming and outgoing calls/mails/couriers of the Company. Attend to walk in customers/visitors and assist in general administrative matter and filing.

1. Possess at least SPM
2. Pleasant personality with good interpersonal and communication skills
3. Possess good telephone etiquette

2) Secretary (Setiausaha)
The successful candidate is responsible for all secretarial and administrative duties of the Director’s office including composing letters, typing, filing, setting up meetings and dealing with telephone enquiries.

1. PSC or Diploma in Executive Secretaryship with at least 3 years working experience reporting to Senior Management
2. Pleasant personality, matured, trustworthy with excellent interpersonal and communication skills
3. Ability to work with minimum supervision

3) Building Manager (Pengurus)

1. Degree/Diploma in Estate Management, Valuation or in related disciplines
2. Minimum 3 years experience in managing stratified high rise property with exposure in accounting, credit control, and property management and maintenance
3. Familiar with statutory requirements and Acts relevant to the management of stratified property
4. Able to liaise with contractors, consultants and authorities independently
5. Good communication and leadership skills
