* Open files.
* Prepare underwriting sheet.
* Check customer’s record and create customer via customer registration module.
* Perform data entry.
* Verify payment voucher received for refund, overpayment, cancellation and withdrawal of policy.
* Prepare collection listing for Finance department.
* Prepare letters relating to postponement, proposals deposits, overpayment, cancellation, withdrawal, decline case, unpresented/stale cheque.
* Candidate must possess at least a diploma or SPM with 3 years of working experience.
* Computer knowledge – microsoft word and excel.
* Fast learner who can work with minimum supervision.
