    INBOUND (Sales Return for EM & WM)
    • To ensure inbound shipment (sales return for EM & WM) process fulfil the KPI
    • To ensure all immediate rejects are corresponded to relevant personnel immediately and documented accordingly to control and reduce number off immediate rejects.
    • To make sure all arrangement under Collection will meet SME requirement
    • To communicate with Samsung order desk team for any issue for products return and grading issue in GRMS system
    • Preparing report as required by Samsung to meet their requirement example Daily Rejection Report
    • Preparing document for arrangement collection.(Customer rejected after 3 months)
    • To prevent pilferages and to ensure correct products with correct quantity are returned and proper reporting done accordingly

    • To ensure Proof Collection (POC) is handover by transporters and to ensure TOLL to update the in system and transmitted via EDI to SME according to the agreed lead time
    Grading & inspection / Scrapping / Manual billing / Hijacked
    • To ensure Grading & inspection, Scrapping process fulfil the KPI
    • To ensure stocks received during collection or commercial return issue will be checking and grading follow the return issue as customer complaint in DN stated.
    • Send daily report to Grading team for make sure all job perform as in order
    • Send Daily Grading Report & Daily GRMS report to Samsung HQ & Samsung Customer Services for audit purpose.
    • To ensure stocks received and graded as D will dispose from inventory system as well and physical will conduct dispose 100% . To avoid any aging stocks in SAP vs WMS system.
    • Prepare Manual billing for all sales return that pending GR in system &
    • Prepare monthly claim as per requested from SME & communicate with account team for charge back to Transporter due to carton & product damages in transit also hijacked.
